Once, we didn't receive a banner that was ordered and listed as shipped. It could have been their error or lost in the dungeon of a UPS warehouse. Got Print sent a replacement banner at no additional cost! Awesome customer service!
Their prices are considerably lower than my local big box office store. We'll be looking at their direct mailing service for our event next year. "

We regularly update our website to ensure any unforeseen bugs/glitches are quickly addressed, and have not heard of this issue before. While we will notify our IT Team on your behalf, we strongly suggest deleting your cookies/cache off the browser in which you are currently using. You may also try switching over to a completely different browser, as usually, it tends to be a browser issue. Currently, the files have been rejected as the front file has a thin border right along the bleed. We don't recommend using borders on your product as shifting may occur during the cutting process and make borders appear uneven. Please make the border thicker so that it is within the safe zone, or remove it completely. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you continue to experience these issues. Thank you”
