The rep was very patient with me as she waited on the phone for me to do the series of steps that were required for the final proof. "I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism I was treated with. There were quite a few issues with my order and some of them could have been avoided if they would have made a simple phone call, instead, they went ahead and just sent me the wrong product, knowing that it wasn't what I ordered, I tried to call and speak to somebody, but they only deal with claims through email and not over the phone, what kind of company does that ?!? I also tried to explain to them that I would have ordered all our employees cards from them and we have over 20 employees, but they couldn't refund me or even just remake the cards that they messed up on instead they just offered me $20 off. I will not buy from here ever again, nor will I recommend it to anybody."
