"The web interface and customer service is good. But the items I received were disappointing.
I ordered flyers and event tickets. Some of the flyers arrived with the corners bent.
The tickets had a few issues. The numbering was light and thin. Some of the tickets were embossed with an oval shape towards the bottom. I ordered 500 numbered tickets and approximately 13 tickets arrived without numbering. Not cool"

"Most importantly, the end result was excellent. The speed of the system can be a little clunky at times, don't know if that's impacted by how many people are on the site at once or not. Just little annoying glitches. For example, toward the end, the "Use Billing Address as Shipping Address" box wouldn't function, so I had to enter all that information twice. Also, if you lay out your card yourself and you do so on anything larger than 2.5 x 3 inches, there doesn't seem to be any way to move your image around, so you need to make it actual size beforehand. But it's manageable and the end product is very good. My sister and a good friend were impressed enough they had me order cards for them as well. I recommend paying the extra $3.50 for "standard" shipping over "economy" — you'll get your cards a week sooner."

"Excellent experience. One suggestion: some of the cards got bent from shifting in the box during the shipping process. Perhaps cushioning with packing materials would have protected them from bending and from looking roughed up from the shipping process."

"The biggest issue is you cannot zoom in closer to see if the image you upload actually fits properly. I was shot back an failed email several times that looked like it was fitting, but it did not. The email telling me this was also a bit confusing. Overall, we are happy with the final product. We just think submitting can be a better experience."

With our template, you will be able to modify the file, and zoom in for a much closer inspection.
