"Ordered in April and then emailed that its on back order after its ordered. No idea when it will arrive. Sometime "after" may 15th per company but no exact date yet.
Was charged already none the less.
5/9/13- received an email from customer service that i would be shipped one of the first batches on the 15th or as soon as they receive them. They are also throwing me in a few freebies as a thank you/Im sorry. So far so good!
I will update this review further as the situation unfolds.
5-30-13 : was told would ship in a week on the 15th. It's the 30th and no reply to last email or update. Per DaVinci, no word on shipment date from them so GotVape is just blowing smoke.
Been a month now since I ordered it. Shame :(
7/25/13- still waiting. They are very slow to answer emails. Sent one on Monday because DaVinci has officially announced the release as well as one of Got Vape's competitors (I will be professional and not name names) who has stated they will be shipping first thing Monday. Got vape has promised me updates and not followed through. They take Days if not weeks to reply to emails (many times requiring multiple emails to get a single reply). And I as general public have found answers and info that they as an insider should have been relaying to me already. Very upset with this company and its lack of transparency.
