"Recently decided to get back into vaping and quit smoking cigarettes. After coming across a thread talking about the unbeatable prices that gotvape.com had, I decided to place an order. I ordered a Smok Alien kit in black and orange. New law requires age verification for online orders. After having my online verification return with an error, then I gor a pop-up that read I must send them a copy of my ID before my order can be sent. Where to send this copy was not clearly stated anywhere on their site, nor in the pop-up. I assumed that this info would be sent with my order verification, but it was not. They did, however, have no issues with charging my card before age verification. After creating my own case through their site, I received a response. The response however, went unnoticed 2 days due to it being sent to my spam mail. I know that this happens, so I blame myself for not checking. I eventually called and got the info I needed to send the copy of my ID. After 3 days of not receiving any email letting me know they verified my age or sent my order, I decided to read some reviews. The one that really caught my attention told of a similar experience and the person having an actual employee tell them over the phone that they intentionally say they have items in stock when they don’t, create delays, and then offer unsold colors to said customer to make sales on these items. Low and behold, after sending them another email requesting shipping info, I received an email telling me that they no longer have the color I ordered and sent me a list I could choose from of colors that were obviously not the popular choices (camolage red, yellow, green, and rainbow) At this point I accepted that getting my money back would most likely be a long process, I picked a color and was satisfied leaving a bad review once my order arrived. There is plenty of other sites out there to order from. Don’t help line the pockets of **** like gotvape.com/rise up records. "
"Update 3/1/18:
So I was contacted by upper management who was highly disappointed with how my order went and what I went through. They definitely made everything right by me and proved that they have the skills to make customers very happy. After numerous apologies I was informed that the person who helped with my original order was new and didn't have full understanding of the products yet. I can understand that because I've been in that position. After a long and thorough conversation over the phone they helped resolve my issues in a very generous and suprising way. Even though the original order was a disaster they have made right by me and I will give them the same respect they've showed me and give them another chance. I do believe after my conversation that what happened to me is not what the normal is for them. GOT VAPES earned my respect and business back and I've updated my star rating to reflect the newest order that was done with them.

Ordered a 3 in 1 vaporizer with 2 day AIR shipping. 3 days pass and no tracking, no order. I contacted customer service and the woman informed me my item was not in stock. Keep in mind this is 3 days later and no one ever contacted me informing me of this even though I paid for 2 day air shipping. The woman informed me they had a different color in stock so I agreed to get the new color. The woman said the item will ship out that day. 2 days later when I figured I would have gotten the item still nothing. We called customer service AGAIN and a woman said the new color was out of stock. These people do not contact to update with a problem. They wanted to blame it on flu and being short handed. I'm sorry but if someone purchases something and pays extra for shipping you deliver. That is part of being a business. These people don't know anything about customer service. After explaing how angry I was with the lack of communication and support she said she would upgrade me to a better higher priced item. WE SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED WE WANTED A 3 IN 1 VAPORIZER. The lady explained she would send a 3 in 1 and not to worry and it will be shipped that exact day. That day we received tracking saying a label was created. The next day when tracking it showed a label was made but it never shipped. It shipped a day later but with STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING. I had to wait another week to get the vaporizer!!! When we got the item it turned out to be a concentrate and oil ONLY ITEM! It was surprise surprise a 2 in 1 and would not work with the 3rd material that we had purchased. This whole order that should have been order to delivered in 3 days ended up taking almost 3 weeks because their associates have no idea what the definition of customer service is! Not only did I pay for 2 day shipping for nothing but I did not even get the item I wanted or was assured I would get. Now I have to purchase a new atomizer seperatly. I can assure you I will NEVER EVER order from this company ever again! I has never been so disappointed! "
"after reading some of these reviews im happy to say that I did not experience any of this. I ordered the exxus mini in blue and got called the next day saying the color was not in stock, so i switched it to black, and got it a couple days later with ground shipping. Very happy with my purchase and can't complain about the customer service for my order. "
"Ordered 2 vaporizer products from them with 1-5 day shipping. Five days later the order still has not shipped and says "processing" so I call their CS number. I am told that the product is out of stock(website said it was in stock at time of order) so she offers an inferior replacement product or asks if I want to wait until late next week for the items I ordered to arrive and THEN ship???? When I ask why no notification of the back order she says "sorry that we did not notify you but we have been really busy" OK....So I say "you are too busy to deserve my business please cancel my order" She then tells me it takes them 24hrs to refund money back to a card?? Well 72 hours later still no refund showing as pending on my credit card so I had to dispute the transaction!! Avoid them like the plague...you have been warned!"

"Ordered product on 3/5/17 got confirmation of the order and payment made. Cleared the bank. Called today 3/10 as I haven't gotten a shipping email only to be told they don't have stock of the product. I asked how and when they intended to let their customer know only to get bs answer. I asked for a refund and was told they would send an email confirmation within 30 minutes which has yet to happen. Hopefully the refund process dousnt go as well as their stock balance on product they are selling that they don't have stock of. Price is negligent when you don't stock the product!"
"I've purchased over $2,000 worth of product from GotVape over the past four years. My experience has always been great. Their prices are as expected, I place the order and the product comes. I recently placed a decent-size order that came in three pieces. The first piece came as expected. The other two, which was over $400, did not come. I checked the tracking information and UPS says that the labels were created and but the packages were not received by UPS.
I followed up a full week after placing my order and was told that they would replace my order once they hear back from UPS. Nine days later - crickets. I make another inquiry. Now they tell me that UPS says that they "should" hear back by next week and, after they do, they'll replace my order via USPS.
REALLY? What year is this? Is this how modern Internet retailers do business? They certainly won't be doing anymore with me.
What they should have done is immediately replaced my order or, at least offered to ship the replacement overnight. There is too much competition to deal with this nonsense."
"Placed an order on a whim, cool informative site, easy to order. I received confirmations all the way through through the process, good.
The order was due to arrive on a Wednesday, BUTTTTTT..... my vaporizer was a no show/no call. So I called up UPS and they gave me the run around, distraught I called Got Vape.
I forget the guys name that helped me, but kudos to him for taking care of me. He instructed me on how to file a claim with UPS and sent me my lost order out that day.
I really appreciate the help, when this same situation happened with my last Target order, it took a few weeks to sort out. Thanks GV"
