"Although I clicked on this website by mistake, it turned out to be a wonderful experience and so glad I made this mistake. They notified me the same day I submitted my application to inform me I had mistakenly given the wrong social security number. I then corrected it and within 24 hours I my received EIN number. When calling them, my call was answered within 2 minutes and surprisingly I was speaking with a live person, not a recording. I will highly recommend them to anyone who may need their services."

"After sending 2 faxes and more than 5 telephone calls holding more than 30 minutes on each to be told that nothing was received, even when I was instructed to send the fax again w/the word "expedite" costing me ($7 for each) was informed that nothing had been received and to wait another 4/5 'business days'. I don't have money to waste. The system that you now have in place is NOT Working, someone needs to be held accountable. Since I did not have a computer, had to find someone to lend me the use of their computer as this number is urgently needed. A better system and supervision is needed asap. Thank you. "
