"I have mixed feelings as these guys have located products for me at very good prices but seem to have had issues getting them shipped in a timely manor. It has taken several followup emails from me with a cc to the owner to get all items from my order and this entire process has taken a couple of weeks for items that were "in stock". Also, their system did not update with shipping tracking information for any order I have placed so I could not verify things had shipped. I had this with two different orders that were couple a months a part. All that said, they did take responsibility for issues I encountered and proactively provided fair compensation. So I will probably order from them in the future for items where pricing is more important to me than timely delivery. However, I do not think I will use them for items where delivery timing or tracking is mission critical. "

"Just purchased Sony XBA-BT75 Bluetooth stereo headphones from GovTechDepot. They retail for $299 and I paid $195 (including shipping). The next best price I could find was on Amazon for $237. I contacted GovTech by email prior to ordering to make sure they were available. I received a quick response from the owner (Shawn)indicating they were available. After ordering I received a tracking number from Shawn (as promised). This was my first time using GovTechDepot and I am very impressed with their customer service and pricing. I had about siz emails go out to SHawn on questions I have and he responded quickly each time. I will use them again. "

I had ordered some Sony headphones from the site, but decided after some delays in shipping that I really didn't need them. So I canceled my order and Shawn was more than obliging. We both then ran into a problem: The VISA card bank who shall go unnamed (they are also my mortgage servicing company) has delayed my refund for more time than should be allowed. But nevertheless, Shawn has kept up with me every step of the way, send me information via email and telephone.
