"What an absolute shambles.
The colour i ordered was clearly pink but i was sent orange.
This is the second time that they have done this to me.
The first time i tried to get a refund but this time i will not
give in.
I will publicly ruin them if i do not receive immediate
recompense ,either by refund or a new batch being sent out.
Totally unacceptable.
A complex colour chart to refer to & choose your colours then
they simply send out any colour of their choice.
