"Terrible terrible terrible !! Great service until they got my money . They simply undervalued my order to avoid paying tax . My items were needed for a charity event and arrived 5 days after the event even though gowristbands promised we would have them 1 week before the event . All the time gowristbands blamed fed ex and import customs . And the final insult - after ignoring my emails , gowristbands informed me that because of the inconvience they would offer me a 10% discount on my next order !!! My advice - STAY WELL AWAY FROM GOWRISTBANDS ."

"Our proof showed embossed inside as a different colour to original, and help image showed embossed inside clearly able to be seen, with no option to change colour of the text. Upon recievel of wristbands found that the inside text cannot be seen.

Tried speaking to customer services to be told that the proof cannot is a different colour to show the text clearly for spelling and you need to pay extra to have the embossed inside a different colour - even though there was no option to change it on the site.
