"I placed an order for an Aztech energy meter in order to monitor electricity usage at my home. The order was processed and shipped quickly, however the item I received was obviously repackaged - the box was dirty, no plastic wrap and no documentation, power cord wadded up and stuffed into the box with no twist tie or rubber band.

The ultimate problem with this is twofold: The device being used renders it ineligible for the rebate Edison offers for in-home energy meters, doubling my out of pocket cost. Secondly, the absence of documentation also means there is nothing indicating the device's MAC ID, completely preventing me from even using the device at all.

The company's support line defaults to a voicemail and thus far they have ignored my messages."
