"I had been looking for 22 lr ammo for a good price and I found a great deal hear. 500 rounds for 5.89. So I bought 10 boxes of 500 to total 5000 rounds. When I received the ammo there was only one box of 500. So I contacted grab a gun over the phone but apparently I missed them. So I emailed them to find out what happened. They responded the next business day to get more information. Then I had to contact them twice before they gave me an answer. The answer was oh there was a mistake on the website. It was 5.89 per 50 rounds not 500 like it said on the website. So I thought they would want to keep me happy and honor the price they have on the website. But the said sorry we can give you a refund of 6.29 and I would keep the ammo. Now why would I want ammo that is so expensive when I can go a local chain store and get 5000 rounds for 75. Oh well buyer beware. "

"I made a mistake when placing my order. Got the ship to and Bill to names reversed on a gun order. I saw the mistake when I received the email invoice. So I called customer service and asked if they could correct it. The rep did correct the mistake and emailed me a new invoice. However, when I went to the dealer to pick up the gun, the names were still wrong. Obviously, that caused a problem."

"Once the order went in, things could not have been better. However, the computer ordering system kept refusing to accept my final submit and did not give a reason why. I switched browsers twice and the order eventually went through. So they need to beef up their programming staff and test the software on multiple browsers. Until that time, they need to detect what browser you are using and tell you to use the browser that works. Even this survey did not go in smoothly the first time.
