"I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for Grab a Gun. I placed an order yesterday morning around 10am eastern time. My local FFL dealer contacted me at 1 PM with news that my Canik TP9SFX with Vortex Viper red dot was already in! Not only did they provide me with the lowest price I could find. Only $7 for shipping and got an overnight shipment! Wveryone needs to understand that Grab a Gun is a computer based company with ZERO warehouse space. They find the best deals online and provide us with those deals. I will 10000000000000% order with them again! Thank you for a great buying experience!"

"I purchased the kel tec sub 2000 gen 2 (Glock 17 compatible). When I received the firearm the magazine was missing. I called customer service, & the guy proceeded to tell me that because the description didn't mention it came with a magazine it didn't. So after assuring him that it was supposed to, he went to management. Still, because it wasn't in the description it must not come with one. So he pretty much said I could call Kel Tec & ask them. Heaven forbid he did his own job.
So, I called Kel Tec & they assured me that it was supposed to have a magazine. When I called back & told the guy he didn't do anything for me, didn't try to make it right, nothing. I'm not trying to be picky over a $15 magazine, but the amount of money I've spent at Grab a Gun in the past few months, one might think they would try to fix the problem. I told them with customer service like this I won't be purchasing anything else & hung up.
It was about 20 minutes later the guy calls me back, & said he wanted to own up to his mistake, & in fact the firearm was supposed to come with one 17 round magazine. That was it, he said it was supposed to come with one, not it was supposed to come with one & we'll send you one right away, nope.... So, I guess when they emailed me a request for a review they were expecting something good, nope. Until things are made right, Grab a Gun will not get another penny from me!!!"
"We were a little hesitant on purchasing a gun online, but after a brief chat session and reading some reviews we decided to give it a try. We placed the order, it shipped out the next day and delivered to our local gun dealer the following day. We could have gone to Bass Pro (45 minutes from home) and spent $608 after taxes on the same gun, but instead we ordered it from this website and paid our local gun dealer $25 to transfer it to our name and still saved $140. "Love the gun but the gun arrived missing a mag and a scratch on the receiver. It is an LWRC SMG-45 which is a $3000 gun. It comes with a factory seal on the box which was cut open when I opened the packaging the factory box came in. Let GrabAGun know of the issues but haven’t heard any response."
“ATF regulations require that the serial number be read off the actual firearm when entering it into an FFL's gunbook. Many times FFL's merely look at the sticker on the outer box, but technically every gun should be open and looked at. I hope it was us that opened it to verify the serial number, but it also could have been your receiving dealer when they entered the serial number into their gunbook. The factory seal being broke on a firearm box is nothing new and nothing to be alarmed by. Regarding the scratch, had you not taken transfer of the firearm we would gladly replaced it for you with a different unit. I believe you are contacting LWRC to see what can be done. I will have someone get with you regarding the missing magazine. That is odd, and we will take care of it for you. I'll DM you on here to reply back to me if need be. ”

“Order was placed 9/5 at 10PM. It shipped via FedEx on 9/7 with a tracking number of 117573316211. The tracking information states the package was somehow damaged along the way. On 9/10 FedEx marked as being returned to sender. Of course we will send out a replacement unit. The reviewer's warning about us not acting in good faith is both shocking and ridiculous. We ship out tens of thousands of packages a month and have extremely well defined processes for handling issues like this. The reviewer is jumping to conclusions, making threats, and lobbing insults without there being any time for the issue to even be resolved. Leaving a bad review and threatening to only update it if we "act with integrity" is a ridiculous approach. We don't need to be threatened to do the right thing - we do it on our own because that's who we are. In fact, a replacement order was already created and in the works before this review was even posted.
To the reviewer - despite the fact that you will for sure receive your entire order, you may leave your 1-star review. However, rather than us being the 2nd online company that you no longer do business with, please consider us to be the first online company that refuses to do business with you. You will receive everything you ordered on your most recent order, but any new orders will be immediately cancelled. We are not a good fit for you. ”

“This is kinda like buying something like a ceiling fan at Home Depot. What happens when you take the fan home and the manufacturer forgot to include a single specialty screw that you really need to install it. Do you call Home Depot and demand that they give you the specialty screw? Of course not. We all know that they don't have it. You have two choices 1) You can take the whole thing back and get an entire new unit that hopefully includes the screw you need or 2) You can call the manufacturer and they will send you the missing screw. Same thing applies here. Had you noticed the missing part before inspecting the gun and taking it home, we would have exchanged the entire gun and all of its contents. Since you took it home though, your only option was to call Kel Tech and have them send you a replacement - which you later told us they did for you.
Look, we know it sucks to buy anything and take it home only to find something's missing, but in the end everything worked out as it should have. I apologize that the phone rep you spoke with was confused about there being a magazine included, but it sounds like he called you back to admit he was wrong and to reiterate the solution. We al make mistakes, but not everyone can man up and call someone back to admit it. I think that's pretty good service. To me it shows they were pretty concerned about you and your issue.”
