My local FFL dealer contacted me at 1 PM with news that my Canik TP9SFX with Vortex Viper red dot was already in! Not only did they provide me with the lowest price I could find. Only $7 for shipping and got an overnight shipment! Wveryone needs to understand that Grab a Gun is a computer based company with ZERO warehouse space. They find the best deals online and provide us with those deals. I will 10000000000000% order with them again! Thank you for a great buying experience!"

"Package somehow not shipped to the shipping address I entered. It went to my billing address, which is the last thing i wanted. Called to have staff redirect it with UPS (which only the shipper can do). Staff flat out refused to help in any way. One person tired to tell me there was nothing they could do. UPS disagreed saying they just need to call and request redirect. I informed them the item would be stolen if I can't get it redirected, staff did nothing (UPS wouldn't do anything because of policy). Fast forward a week and the package was stolen as I said. Extra disappointed because this site has good prices. Would buy guns from them again without hesitation as those would go to the FFL. I will never buy anything that will not go to an FFL from them again."

"Recently picked-up an XDs Mod 2 9mm. Inspired by S/A's 'Gear-up' promo...a regular, successful marketing tool...
There was some confusion with the order..placed by phone, to ensure I was getting the "instant" gear-up" package, which avoids the online submission scenario. Anyway, the pistol, as is on the site, was what wound up being ordered. We discussed....I got to explain that S/A has Grabagun as an 'Instant" retailer......they are....but not all the models eligible yet......no worries. It was resolved. Chad and Marshall, at the Front desk, CONSISTENTLY are helpful and personable...one of the reasons GAG is my go-to store.
Oh, and by the way...the Mod 2 grip....subtle changes made in the overall pistol.....OUTSTANDING!

“This will change with our new website launch in about 30 days from now, but to date our website has always only allowed 1 address at checkout. Try it. The reviewer was only able to enter in this one address and he used his billing address. The site does not allow for the collection of multiple addresses. We did not and could not receive a 2nd address from him, so it is not true that he gave us a different ship to address. Additionally, UPS puts restrictions on firearm shippers. They will not reroute packages for us or the end user. This is a UPS policy that applies specifically to flagged firearm shippers vs normal UPS shippers (who are able to reroute packages very easily). In a nut shell, the customer was able to provide us with only 1 address checkout and gave us their billing address. We shipped to that address and were unable to reroute the package due to UPS restrictions on us. ”
