"to sum it up the following happened– all good points start with *** ________**** and all bad ones Start with ???_______????
1) *** ordered an nexus 7 on 15/11/12***
2) *** after lot of chasing product delivered on 30/12/2012, technically before the promised delivery time***
3) ??? The product worked well for 3 days then conked up … some speaker issue, not that grabmore is to blame???
4)****They agreed to arrange warrantee repair/ replacement after my claims were verified by their specialist, one way fright to be paid by me???
5) *** Shipped them the product back and they agreed that the product is faulty on the 15/12/2012 i consented to arrange for replacement from the US and they said it would talk 10-12 days***
6)??? even till 3/1/13 the replacement was not made available, siting huge demand in the US, asking for further 6 weeks, which is put my foot down to???
7) *** they agreed for a refund***
the good things end here, writing this on 16/1/13 i.e. after 13 days, no refund. Spoke to them several time, same parrot like response.
In a nut shell if i get my refund this week – service excellent
if not then will certainly drag them to CC. these days refund dont take more then 48 hrs. they must awaken to this fact."
