"I ordered a graduation robe $159. It was too large. I mailed it back according to their instructions and tracked the package. I requested the next smallest size as an exchange. The USPS shows the package was received weeks ago. No refund. No new gown. The one or two email responses I have received appear to be auto-responses and no one answers the phone. They have my money and I do not have the gown. I ordered it in plenty of time, even with an exchange, to have the gown when I needed it. This is the poorest service! Will I even get my money back? Who knows?! They don't respond. I guess they could care less about customers.

"I placed an order for a masters degree hood on April 25 and paid for 2-3 day shipping. As the website said it was in stock, I felt safe in assuming it would get to me by Wednesday and I needed it by Friday. I called the company on Wednesday when I it didn’t arrive, and was assured it would most definitely be at my house by Friday, May 1. and that they would send the tracking information to me by that evening The tracking info I got said it would be delivered on Monday, May 4!!! I called on Thursday and expressed my disappointment and asked for return instructions as it was useless to me having it delivered on May 4. I also said I wanted a refund on the expedited shipping as it was not shipped as promised. When the hood did arrive, it was yellow and black, not the blue and green I ordered!! I received several emails from someone named Amity who offered me 3/4 of what I paid, which was unacceptable. I’m done with this company and disputed the entire amount I paid with my credit card company. Buyer beware - I should have read these reviews first!"
"Sometimes when a company has mixed reviews you think you're experience will be one of the better ones. Don't believe it with this company. I should have done more research. This company is based out of China (Red Flag #1). They apparently have "color swatches" on their website that are NO WHERE near the colors that anyone uses for velvet colors anywhere on the planet. Academic velvet colors are standard all over the world, EXCEPT with this company. I honestly believe that have a few colors and then they just send you whatever they want and keep your money. Customer service will go back and forth with you a few times via email in broken English to make it seem as though they are concerned before they claim there is nothing they can do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!"
"This company has terrible customer service. Called their customer line several times with no response. Sent emails through their customer service portal several times, finally got a response only to tell me that they would not accept the return or issue an refund. Despite the fact that the doctoral hood was made incorrectly, wrong was supposed to be citron and instead was some pale pink color. Since they never would respond to my calls or emails, I had to order replacements from a different company who did a phenomenal job!
Do not order anything from this company and if you do, understand that they won't respond and when they finally do respond, they tell you it's beyond your refund period and then offer a 12% discount to your friends, but you also need to contact them first to get the discount code. Worthless organization with no concern for their customers and apparently their reputation. "
"Regarding my order of my custom doctoral gown and hood, all I can say was WOW!!! Certainly worth the wait because it looks amazing. What really floored me was how great the custom embroidery worked on the velvet fronts...truly amazing! The work on the academic hood is splendid. I definitely made the right choice using the maroon and gold theme of my university and selecting the gold piping for the gown and hood as it compliments the velvet color for music and brings the pieces together seamlessly. I showed my academic attire to my supervisor who just finished her doctorate and she immediately asked where did I get my items made. That is a compliment to Graduation Mall!! "
"We received this comapny’s information from our daughter’s school to order her Pre-K graduation cap/gown. Per the email we had a specific date to order by to revive it in time. I placed my order before the deadline. After about two weeks I hadn’t received anything so I checked the status and it said processing. When I emailed to inquire about this they responded back that the item was out of stock and would be back in sometime at the beginning of May. No guarantee though it would be before her graduation. When I mentioned this to the school they said several other parents had the same problem and went to Amazon to place an order. So, I go to Amazon and lo and behold there is the exact same cap/gown that I needed in the right size from this same company! I ordered it that Wednesday and received it Friday. After I received the order I reached out to cancel the order with them and explained why. I was then informed it was too late to cancel because they had “rushed” their supplier and my order was on the way. Now, I can’t get anyone to respond about returning the second cap/gown. The phone number on their website always says that the person I am trying to reach is unavailable and they only respond to emails late at night. If I could have given them negative stars I would have. This company is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with! Stay far far away from them!"

"I ordered a cap gown and tassel from this place, it's been two weeks and all I have received is the tassel that looks extremely cheap and the charm that was supposed to read 2019 but reads 2018. I have tried to call and email but have yet to speak with anyone from the company. If anyone has had any success in getting your money back from this place please let me know what you did because they do not deserve to keep the money I sent them. "
