"In March this year I ordered a breville juicer i thought the price was excellent.They had me wire to an account in Indonesia US 110.00 dollars which costs me Us 45.00 a total of $155.00 Before the money was sent they were communicating with me via Email. After the money was recieved there was no cantact. I sent several Emails and tried live chats but to no avail. "

The site looked legit, but the $11 shipping cost from Indonesia seemed a little cheap and the payment by Western Union or Wire Transfer seemed a little sketchy. Still I ignored all of these signs and ordered anyway. There was no confirmation email sent or number for that matter. After emailing them and leaving messages with their "Online Chat" several times with no response I knew something was amiss. Luckily, I acted quick enough to contact Western Union and ask if the frauds had picked up the money yet. To my amazement and relief they had not, so I cancelled the transaction and got my money back.(minus the fee) Needless to say I hope these people get what they deserve. I know that I have learned a valuable lesson with this experience."

Very well-constructed website - all on both the "front-end" and "back-end" looked very legitimate: (ecommerce software modules for order tracking, coupon codes, gift certificates, thorough and fair policy statements and descriptions written in western-styled English, a newsletter, etc. I ordered in late March via Western Union to Indonesia. Several emails and two months later - no product. These reviews were, unfortunately, not up before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM GRAHA KITCHEN!"

"I'm having the same experience with Graha Kitchen as the other reviewers. I ordered a Breville juicer in April. Before ordering, I did my due diligence but could find NO bad feedback about this company. Their website is as good and professional as any website that I've ever ordered off of. Other than the fact that they're in Indonesia and that I'd have no real recourse if it was a scam, I felt that it was worth the risk. I figured that they had such low prices BECAUSE they were in Indonesia. Well, my three emails regarding the order status have now gone unanswered. I'm probably out my $80 but you never know. If I ever actually get an answer or my juicer, I'll update my review. For now, my advice is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! More than likely, it IS a scam."

"DO NOT BUY from Grahakitchen.com! I purchased a Breville juicer through their website on March 7, but as of today, April 17, I have not received it. I began emailing them toward the end of March, and have not received ANY response. The saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is", definitely applies here! They are a SCAM!"
