"GVH specializes in discounted footwear and they carry a number of premium brands. They probably have the largest selection of discounted Lucchese western boots on the web. They process orders and ship quickly and the shipping is free. I have had no problem with returns and have gotten a full refund for returned items. The customer does have to send back returns via a carrier of their choice and pay the shipping costs. That's the only negative. I prefer retailers that issue a return shipping label and deduct a set shipping fee from the refund due - giving the customer the benefit of the company's corporate shipping rate, which is lower than the retail rate you and I have to pay. But, GVH's prices are excellent and it's still a worthwhile place to shop for footwear."
