I called them and talk to a rep and was told that I would be called back its been 3 weeks no call. And now when I call their # its a recording. these cartridges I have found caps over holes drilled in the ink well area showing me these toner carts were drilled and then filled. They basically sold me used junk. I will never use this company again..."
