"I placed an order on May 23, 2018, and I received a measurement form to submit my measurements; however between May 24 and June 4, 2018 I was not able to have my measurements done. My order was NEVER MADE because the measurements were never sent, which was a requirement for my order. So on June 4, 2018 I sent an email to Hiren Patel, who was the person I was in contact with since May 16 ,2018, which was days before I ever placed my order; I emailed Hiren Patel to cancel the two orders I placed on May 23, 2018. However to my surprise I NEVER RECEIVED another email from Hiren Patel to date; and today is July 18, 2018. So I decided to contact the support customer service for Gravity fashion via email on June 5, 2018, and to my surprise to date they have not responded to me nor have they refunded my money back to me. I will continue to pursue this until Gravity Fashion refunds my money. However I WARN YOU TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND NEVER SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE!
