My mistake >> I noticed on the box I received the 1500 lumens model AFTER it was installed.
A polite email to customer support was sent 'just after' this review explaining in detail what occurred.
After a number of back and forths. And their realization that the inventory control count for the part was REALLY wrong from the computer count a refund was issued for the difference in price for what I was charged and what I received.

"Needed a bathroom mirror and liked The model/design that they had. Got an email requesting I fill out a form to validate credit info, plus 2 phone calls which seemed very legit. Emailed the form in, got a thank you reply email and received the mirror within a week through post service. Came in good shape and had no difficulty putting it up.
