"Bought it for Mother's day and received it on May 5th (Friday). There are different massages as well so if you don't like one, there's bound to be one that you like (the rolling mode is something my doesn't like). With the massages, you can add on other preferences to make it a much more better experience, the heat, the foot rollers, and the air bags make it it a paradise.
Finally, I've only tried one of the modes but they have 4 custom massages that you can select from that switches positions on your bodies to massage. This is probably the best feature of the massage chair, it makes the massage much more "well rounded"!
The only thing I don't like is the inconvenience of having to turn off your chair from the back and also having to unplug it. Although it's minor, if the off button was on the chair hand and you didn't have to unplug it that would be better. It's still an amazing chair though, regardless!"
"At first they delivered very late apparently for the reason that the quality was not good. Then they deliver a crappy product, have NO customer service and blame everyone but themselves. Even the person at the customer service line is very rude and disrespectful. Stay away from them as far as you can! They blame their shipper and then the manufacturer. Won't give information who the manufacturer is about the warranty etc. Absolute HORRIBLE!!"
"I Love the couch!! It fits perfect, it is a firm couch, I see all of these reports on how bad it is. But we had no trouble putting it together, and the ottoman did have a broken leg from the shipping, but I emailed them and they sent me new ones right away. Customer service was great! I read about if you have kids... I have 2 grand kids that live with me and well it is still standing. Do Not believe everything you read, Just because some do not like it, doesn't mean we all do. "GreatFurnitureDeals - I suggest you disclose your deceptive business practices on your seller page so Amazon customers can be informed about your 25% restocking fees in advance of purchase! We bought a mattress through Amazon, received tested it for one night and it was not as advertised.
We repackaged the mattress next and asked for a return. GreatFurnitureDeals took over 30 days to set up the return then held on to 25% of our purchase price claiming the mattress is used. Terrible customer service and greedy as they will unfortunately sell this mattress again as new..."
"****update**** because they did not like the review a man named harry called me and stated he was canceling my order, I said I do not want him to and do not authorize him to and he stated very rudely "thankfully I do not need that" then I asked for his extension or ID and he stated "whatever you want it to be" and got extremely rude, I asked if he was the owner as I had never had anyone just cancel an order and be so rude and he stated no and hung up. NEVER EVER BUY HERE! Have not gotten my chair yet and if i did not need it I would cancel the order due to the women answering the phone. They blame the customer, quote policies, and offer no help if you call. The opening of my business is delayed due to the chairs delay and they offered zero options and did not offer to help or expedite or make phone calls or do anything.
