"**Avoid like the plauge!!!**

Ordered a simple barebones system, all parts displayed as in stock and available. After three weeks of multiple calls, promised delivery dates and much disapointment I cancelled my order. At least I think I did. I called and got voice mail so I left a message to cancell and I'd call back to verify. Lo and behold... they no longer answer the phone. I've sent emails to both their accounting and customer service depts with read receipt requests (doubt they'll respond).
I've called my CC company and filed a dispute of the charges.
The absolute worst online purchasing experience I've ever had.

"these guys are a fraud they dont ship orders and put you on forever hold when you call them the man there lies like a rug i cancled my order after it wasnt shipped for more than 10 days reported them to my cc company and am also going to report them to the bbb state and national level word of warning dont even bother buying from these guys"

"It's been nearly a year since I placed my order with Great PCs Online. The only thing I can say is that I wish I would have found Resellerratings.com sooner!

I was somewhat fortunate compared to the other customers here in that I actually received what I ordered. But anyone will tell you that's half the story. The biggest problem I had with this vendor was that my items shipped three weeks after I ordered them. I figured that the order would go out after the 72 hour "burn in" period was over. I was thrown a couple curve balls during the three week delay. One was that the mobo I had ordered was out of stock, but I wasn't told that until a week later. I was also told some nonsense that my shipment was delayed for two days because the FedEx truck was full. As if...

Nevertheless, I wouldn't order from these clowns again even though it sounds as if my experience was pretty mild compared to some of yours.

I order only from PCAvailable and Newegg now.

"These people suck!!! Ordered Radeon 9800 Pro Retail but received OEM card. Emailed them the problem and they claim that they gave me the Retailed version...just without the box. These stupid idiots doesn't even know what retail box means. Emailed them to either give me a discount or refund my money. Been a week and never heard from them again. Will be reporting to credit card company. Avoid them no matter how low the price is. Wish I checked resellerratings.com before I purchased from these nitwitts"

"AWFUL! Avoid them at all costs. It took me three months to get the complete system, and even then, not all the components were correct. The tech support is almost non-existent. They have no concept of politness or customer service, and treat you as if it was your mistake they only sent you a tower missing half the parts and no monitor or speakers. Go with Dell."

"I ordered a PC, based on listing on PriceWatch which said that the PC came with a Windows CD and a Certificate of Authenticity.

The PC arrived without an operating system. Two company representatives have told me that this is their standard business practice.

The company still has ads on PriceWatch listing the Windows CD and COA as being included.

I'm filing complaints with Microsoft, the MI Attorney General and my credit card company's fraud division.

"DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS "COMPANY"

These people are nothing more than liars and cheats. I made a purchase of a computer system through them. I had to contact them to find out what the hold up in shipment was. They conveniently shipped it right after I complained that they have done nothing. Then, the product they shipped me went bad (motherboard blew) within one month of receiving the product. Now they refuse to even receive the product for repair (they refused shipment of it and cost me the money for shipment) until I sign some bogus settlement of dispute form (a violation of title 15 chapter 50 section 2304b of United States Code). By the way, the "female in customer service" told me her name was Olga. As near as I can tell, there are only two people that make up the business. In summary, this company is in violation of multiple sections of the United States Code and is dishonest on every account. It seems I will be forced to conduct legal action against them. I have complained to their local Better Business Bureau http://complaints.bbb.org/Welcome.asp and the Federal Trade Commission https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 . I urge anyone that has had a bad experience with them to do the same.

"STAY AWAY- THESE PEOPLE ARE FLAKES!!!!!

I placed an order on 2-5-03. I waited for two weeks and received nothing. Spoke with them and they said they were waiting for parts. I cancelled the order and asked for a confirmation of same. Received nothing and called back two days later, only to be hung up on several times and put on hold for longer than I cared to hang around. Shortly thereafter my credit card was charged. I called again and got the run around and long holds. In frustration, I got the sales department and asked for the mamager who was unavailable at the moment, but was told he would call me back. Think he returned the call? No. I got so frustrated that I gave up and just told the credit card company that I was disputing the charge as nothing was received.

" I ordered via C.C. a puter online from these people on 9-14-02(a Saturday). I called on Monday to confirm it. After being switched around a few times a female who is their "Customer Service Dept" told me I would get it by the 23rd. On the 24th I get an e-mail stating that the mobo has been recalled (This was a confirmed lie) & that I could choose a different one or wait another week. I called & was told that they just got the mobo in & because of the inconvinence they were going to overnight mail it at their cost. On the 27th it hadn't come yet so I called & after being switched around a few times I got the Customer Service female. I found out that it never was sent overnight mail. I told her it hadn't come yet & her reply was.."Ya So"! Rather than get rude I hung up & e-mailed them a cancellation request. On 10-2-02 I receive a shipping confirmation & a tracking #. I figured, ok fine if it gets here this week great. Not so. They gave me what they called an "outdated" Tracking #. I got another tracking # on 10-7. So now being totally upset I called usps to confirm the tracking #. On the 14th (a month later) usps told me that I can stop the process right there & have it return to them. Which I did. I also got paperwork from the CC Co. to dispute the charge. A day or two later I get a PHONE CALL from the Female. She said that they just got the computer back from usps. I said.. "Ya So". & hung up.

This is a small time operation out of some guy’s garage. Stay away from these Rude & Lying people.

P.S. I know for a fact that they tried to get back at me by unsuccessfully using my e-mail addy for spam purposes & other garbage. So Bush league!

"Stay away stay very away. Ordered a mobo and cpu based on in stock status and price. Emailed 3 times with no response within a week. Phoned and was told i would have items by the 27th. Called on the 30th and was told I was not able to get that mobo. Their website shows 2 in stock and had shown 3 when I ordered. They already billed my credit card so we will see how much of a headache that will be. This company is NOT proffesional, courteous or honest in my opinion. They lack the fundamentals. I wonder how long i would have waited had i not called to find out they could not get the motherboard they advertised."

"First and last order with this company.Purchased a mainboard. It was DOA out of the box. I emailed them for a RMA and replacement. They told me to call Tyan (the m/board manufactuer) for it. I didn't feel this was a warranty issue but a defective part right out of the box. Sending it to Tyan was going to take weeks to get a replacement. They wouldn't budge. I ended up RMAing it to Tyan and buying another m/board from Accubyte (which is a great company to deal with-just expensive on their shipping). Waiting for a replacement from Tyan. Probably build a gaming rig or a webserver with it someday."
