So i stumbled upon this website looking for a birthday gift for my husband's birthday and thought id give it a try. I placed my order with them on Nov. 7 and his birthday is the 18, so i figured it would arrive in time or near his birthday, boy was i wrong! So i will take some responsibility because i guess my card didnt go thru, but they sent my gift letter to my husband and so i didnt think twice about my order. So a week later i get a call saying my card didnt go thru and they needed it to be fixed so they could ship the order.By this time i was dissapointed but hey maybe it was my fault, so the lady tells me she is going to try again and if it didnt go thru she would call me back right away. Well she never called so i figured it was fixed.......well no......i got an email just yesterday saying it didnt go thru again.....ok again my fault but this is2 weeks after i placed the order, my husbands birthday passed and he is still waitinga! so to sum it up i dont know why it takes a whole week to tell the customer about this, and when i emailed to tell them this i got a rude answer, saying it was my fault because i should have gave them a different card and that i should have checked my card to see if it went thru.Bad bad bad customer service and completely rude! not once did they apologize for waiting so long to contact me so i went wit another company and well if ur thinking about giving themur money please think twice especially if u ever have to deal with their customer servicea!"
