"I ordered "RoyalICT- Royal Interlocking Carpet Tile Dark Charcoal" and found that the tiles were highly mismatched from one another and did not look at all as advertised. Now I'm being pointed to the return policy repeatedly by customer service...and the return policy says to contact customer service to start a return. And I'll be paying 25% restocking fee because apparently the website says it's normal for the colors to not match??? Awful. Save your money, seriously. Go somewhere else. "

"I ordered over the phone because when I called with some questions, the representative said it would be easier for her to take the order over the phone since I was ordering two colors. She told me the shipping was free and asked if I needed it expedited. I told her no, I was not in a hurry and wanted the free shipping. In the end, she told me the total but I didn’t pay attention to whether it added up. I received an email when it shipped the following day showing I was paying over $17 for shipping! I was shocked as I would have ordered a few more mats for the same price as shipping to have extras or to expand the mat to be a little bigger. I never like to pay for shipping and usually order more items when I am shopping if I am close to the fee shipping minimum. I called the company and the representative said it was too late to do anything about it because it had already shipped. I asked if I could orders some more mats in a separate order and get the credit for the shipping. She said no and there is nothing they can do. That is bad service in my opinion when she made the mistake of telling me shipping was free. In retrospect, I should have calculated the number of mats I ordered to see if it totaled the final figure she gave me. But I trusted when she said free shipping that I was getting free shipping! I asked for a manager to call me to discuss but it has been three days and I haven’t heard from a manager. Next time I will go to another mat company.
