"I placed my order 12/4 and received a confirmation on 12/16 that my package had shipped. On 12/18, package showed out for delivery. When I had not received it, I sent a note to Greek U to say that my package had still not been received. I can't find the response that I received, but the lady had tried calling my local post office and even sent me the number to try to call myself. I decided that I would wait and call after Christmas since I could not get them to answer either. Surprisingly on Christmas morning, the package was delivered. I have no idea where it had been since 12/18, but Santa got it to me on time. The lady at Greek U that helped me was great even though it was out of her hands once the post office took it.
