"A word of warning... I purchased a Turtle Beach Ear Force X41 for Xbox 360 from Green Generation Electronics on 8/22/12. The shipping speed was standard. However, after installing the equipment and several days of testing and troubleshooting (with help from the manufacturer website/forum), I finally concluded that the microphone cable was defective. I contacted GGE to inquire about getting it replaced, but have not heard back from them in over 10 days. At this point, I do not expect a response, or any customer service/support at all. If you do buy from Green Generation Electronics, be prepared to get zero customer service/support. I should have read the other reviews closer. You have been warned."
"Ordered an iPhone 3GS for my wife, they sent me an iPhone 3G. Refused to offer me a refund of any sort, made the return process a hassle. Gave me a store credit. They charge outrageous fees for shipping, so $12-$15 of any credit offered goes to shipping, even if you're buying a pack of paperclips. Finally, after weeks/months, found something worth buying on their site. Placed the order late on Thursday night, the following WEDNESDAY, they finally get my shipment on the road.....UPS Ground.....5 Day delivery, for a 2LB item, charged $13.36 for shipping and $1.95 for handling.
They SUCK."
