"I purchased a 7 game mystery bundle advertised to contain AAA games and/or store credit rom$2-$50. Instead all of the games were horribly reviewed indy abandonware. I felt so ripped off I decided to delete my account. Then I found there there was no way to delete my account. I messaged customer support, and they said they'd "deactivate" my account. Then I received a follow up email to my account, asking if I was happy with the solution. Obviously not, why do you still have my account active? Why am I still getting emails? Even after that, I was sent an email to review here.
TLDR Avoid. They are unscrupulous, and you will never be able to delete your account. Don't be surprised if they sell your information to 3rd parties."
