"I was a long time customer and rarely had issue. Many keys are weird DRM, but I accept them. They have fast support response, however poor it may be. What I can't accept is there's no refunds for any reason. They're not a licensed re-seller. Their prices are average - high [use to be the best but they've gone completely downhill].They recently sold me region locked keys, they didn't specify in the listing [the description of the product] and they had no purchase limit. I purchased 4 at once, so now I'm stuck with these keys. They've given me a bunch of excuses. But I have no use for these keys. I don't have any friends in my country, if they allow you to purchase multiple keys at a time they should be obligated to tell you the region of the keys prior to purchase. It took 1 week for the customer support to finally tell me where the keys were locked to exactly. It was a really abnormal set of countries that they clearly received a discount for distributing to. This has cost me over $80.
For comparison I gave them 3-4 stars here on 03/22/2015[order number 66f3a1882062] so they've really gone down hill on all levels I would never buy there again, unless of course they change their mind and issue the damn refund and start specifying."
