"I ordered the Tully's™ Stainless Steel Thermos, item T41172 from Green Mtn Coffee. At the time of order it showed plenty of stock. They accepted my order and money. 3 days later they cancelled my order with no notification or reason. I will most likely never shop here again and would recommend you think twice before ordering from Green Mountain Coffee."

"I ordered contained Tully's™ Stainless Steel Thermos (item T41172) from this seller. They did accept my order but after two days later they mailed that order is cancelled as this item has been discontinued, so we canceled it from your order to allow the in-stock items to ship."

"Jokers in the world on online selling. One of the most important rule is to accept orders if you can deliver.

They accepted my order but later on e mailed that order is cancelled as they do not have the item in stock.

"Very disappointed that they want you to call them in order to cancel your membership. Everything should be online and easy to do, like Amazon.com does it. Also, when you want to contact them from your account, they make you fill out a long form with account information that they already have. If not for these significant/annoying issues, I would rate them higher."

"The coffee is first rate, and there's plenty of variety for all tastes. If there's a problem there is real customer service and they treat you very nicely indeed.

I'm happy I found these people and have signed up for their periodic shipments, which makes the coffee even more reasonable — especially considering the quality of the selections they offer. :-))
