"I ordered a combo ink package from these guys through the Best Buy marketplace. The description of the items was "Canon PGI-5 CLI-8 Combo Compatible Ink". I really only needed the PGI-5BK , but since the price was so good I ordered the whole package.
I guess I now know why the price was as low as it was, they never included the PGI-5BK!
Complete waste of money!
I have inquired about the foul up, but of course they're ignoring me.

UPDATE!
After trying over half a dozen times to contact them via their "Contact Us" page and receiving zero responses, I finally decided to email them regarding the problem.
To my surprise, they contacted me immediately.
They said that this was the first they had heard about it (they obviously don't check for feedback on their site). They apologized and promised to ship the missing cartridge at once, no questions asked. A few days later, it arrived!
I guess it could be an honest mistake, I gave them a hard time about it anyway, so maybe they'll start checking it now, you never know.

"The staff do not seem too knowledgeable when it comes to counterfeit SD cards and USB sticks. Either they really don't know some of their products are counterfeit and defective or are being intentionally ignorant hoping for a customer to buy the product and hopefully discover the product is defective too late. Either way I would not trust this store for storage related products. I tested a 1TB stick and a 128 GB SD card, both were fake with real volumes of 8GB and 233MB respectively. The stick was brandless but the SD card was Branded with the Transcend brand, proving all their products, branded or not are a risk if you choose to purchase."
"Terrible Service! We ordered a high end colour monitor from them and once it was delivered the monitor was damaged and the colours all out of wack. I called the office and their sales rep told me their was nothing they could do, I would either have to deal with UPS or NEC to fix the monitor, they would not accept returns because it was a specialty item!
Never had someone flat out tell me they would not take a damaged product back, ridiculous!
Buyer beware of this place, go shop somewhere else that actually backs the products they sell.

Purchased Hard Drive case off from this store. Waited for it to arrive and it was missing a very essential piece of the product. This product is useless without the piece. I emailed the contact and they very nicely told me they would ship it out the next business day. I waited 3-4 days and hadn't recieved it so i filled out a negitive review on E-bay and this is when I was contacted my the "Manager"
He informed me if I revise the review to reflect positive, her would provide a refund. I agreed BUT said I would once i recieve the refund AND the missing piece. Still no missing piece.
When he contacted me again asking why I haven't revised the feedback I told him I will as promised, once i recieve the missing piece.
He then told me he will put the shipment of this piece on "hold" until i change the review. The same piece that was promised was shipped out the previous week.
Absolutely a bunch of amateur rip off artists here
