"Ordered a tree and over 1 foot of The tree was broke off the top. I messaged 4 to 5 times and never heard a response until a year later when I posted it on their Facebook. They contacted me and offered 20% off. The same thing that they are running now to all customers. That is not a discount for me. That is BS! I asked for 30% off The same discount they were offering a week ago and was told no! This company is terrible. Do not use! I will be leaving this feedback all over. Stay away from this cartoon operation unless you want to get only half a tree!"

It was a true 9ft tall, some trees from other companies have arrived with a single branch making up the last foot; it was full with no gaps; it was fragrant, even three weeks later; it was the freshest tree we've ever received, we were still watering it right up until the day we took it down.
