"I'd never heard of or used Discount Bandit prior to the purchase of a folding dock ladder in April-May 2022. There are many positives to relate: having made the DB selection for the item, I was kept informed of every development; DB advised me every step of the way. The vendor shipped the ladder earlier than expected and it arrived quickly, in just a few days. The billing was just as DB had said -- a small finder's fee for DB and the balance of the invoice to the vendor, both as separate charges on my credit card, but not exceeding the agreed-upon price for the ladder. The only negative was the condition of the carton when the ladder arrived. It was damaged in several places and had apparently experienced a hard transit. I suspected damage to the unit, so took several pictures and was prepared to advise the vendor. Upon opening the carton, however, the ladder was not damaged. I didn't have to notify anyone to complain, we put the ladder together, and have put it to good use. Although I wasn't pleased with the condition of the carton on arrival, I would use DB again for future purchases."
