"Overall going through Discount Bandit was a pretty easy and painless experience. One thing they do is hook you up with a dealer that has what you are looking for, however, the dealer might say it is "in stock" when in actuality they are waiting for that product to come in. Discount Bandit only takes the dealer's word that they have a product in stock. It's not a deal breaker in using Discount Bandit, but you think you are going to receive your product pretty much right away and you end up waiting sometimes months for your product. I ordered 3 major appliances and only one came within a few weeks, however, the 2nd product came 2 months after placing my order and I had to cancel the 3rd appliance as it ended up being discontinued (here was a product they said was in stock that actually was not). I ended up ordering the 3rd appliance from a different company knowing I had to wait a while to receive it. With my canceled item I had to have Discount Bandit refund me their share of the cost they took when I originally placed my order. They were very good about refunding the monies to me in a timely manner. Just a note: if you purchase the white glove - concierge delivery, make sure the dealer you have been matched with hires a delivery company who actually brings your product into the home! We had two "misfires" on delivery. The first one was our refrigerator delivery. The men who came almost walked away from bringing it into the house because it was taking too long (having issues getting it through the door opening because the crate was screwed underneath to the refrigerator. My husband told them it needed taking off. They said they knew nothing about that and said they were only allowed 30 minutes on the delivery. Long story short I had to phone the dealer and they had to call the delivery company who had to let the delivery men know to take off the crate from underneath and complete the job of taking the refrigerator into our home. (my husband helped them remove the crate). The second delivery ended up worse as the delivery company informed us that they don't do white glove deliveries and were not allowed to go into a residential home. I had to request a refund on that portion of my order for the second appliance. My husband and I had to bring it in on our own!! Thank goodness we are not handicapped or feeble! The appliances were thankfully undamaged once they were brought into the house. Otherwise, good deals for the products."

The seller was terrific and delivered the office chair I ordered within a week. The third-party shipping box was badly damaged; however, the parts were so well wrapped there was no damage. Although I did run into an assemblage issue where screw threads didn't match when attaching the seat back to base, the seller's customer service was outstanding and the issue was resolved immediately with new chair part sent within days - very hassle free. I'm very satisfied with the comfort and style of the office chair."
