"Let me start by saying I am 36 yrs old and this is the 2nd review I've ever written! When I first stumbled upon Discount Bandit I was very wary of the fact that I'd never heard of them or their business model before. I was on the hunt for a specific exhaust system for my truck and I'm one of those people that drive them selves crazy looking for the absolute best deal possible. And this was one of those items that you absolutely canot find cheaper than the industry bottom msrp (non sale items with set pricing) no matter where you look! So you can understand my concern when I stumbled upon Discount Bandit advertising the item for nearly $200 (aprox 18%) less then ANYWHERE else! After reading some reviews and doing a quick search to make sure they were not a scam company I decided to give them a try. I admit I was still a little reluctant regarding the possibility of having to wait 4-6 weeks (a standard declaration by disc band) to recieve my item and the whole 2 seperate cc charges thing but I was obviously excited about the discount and even more curious to just see how this would all turn out. Boy am I glad I did! Not only did I get paired immediately, with the 3rd party company but I recieved my order in THE NEXT DAY!!!! I'm sure this was not standard operating procedure and definitely not to be expected but my 3rd party company must have been located in the same or neighboring state as me to have received it that fast! Whatever the details, bottom line is I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with my purchase experience and also the fact that I did happen to stumble across Discount Bandit. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer! (Would have given 10 stars if possible)"

"I have no complaints about the product, price, or process. Communication was good, delivery on time when arranged. Only issue is duration of the shipping process. The website promises a shipping time, this is when the initial shipment will take place. In our case it was within 3-4 days to be shipped. And it was. What was not clear was that this was the beginning of the shipping process, which included two stops along the way, each including another week of delay prior to shipping again. In total it took three weeks to get the appliance. The website was not dishonest, it started the shipping process as stated, but the process took much longer once started than expected. I don't believe any indication was stated during purchase about how long the shipping process would take, If that was in the advertisement during the purchase, we missed it. "
