"I was shopping for a new TV for a home I was moving into in a few weeks. Greentoe had great prices but I did not want the item shipped right away. They assured me I could place the order and the item would not get shipped for a couple weeks. 2 hours later I got an email that the item shipped (to a home I didn’t own yet). I had to work with the shipping company to hold it but was annoyed with the whole process so I emailed Greentoe to see if it was possible to have it shipped back to the retailer and returned since it’s sitting with the shipping company. This was after attempting to call and getting nobody. They didn’t answer so I sent a follow up email the next day and get a response that says please don’t send us multiple emails and they attached a copy of their generic return policy. I’ll amend this if they ultimately rectify the situation by acknowledging the content of my email at the very least."
