"Very easy to find a product. I liked the simplicity of making an offer and that I was not required (forced) to provide payment information before submitting an offer nor, was it a requirement to have an account (though is nice to have one to easily keep track of offers submitted!)

Now I wait so, until then I have nothing else to say about this "Name Your Price" service until I experience an actual completion of an accepted offer.

I don't know of the shipping experience yet, as I have not completed a purchase yet, but based on basic research others have had positive reviews.

I don't know about payment yet for same reason above.

Have not dealt (...and hope never unless needed) with any Customer Service Staff via email or Chat (if any available).

Therefore, for now I am Neutral on my rating with 3 out of 5 Stars.

I hope these details are helpful to someone else considering giving Green Toe a try. I found about them thru Tech Forums (nothing ever negative) many months ago and I finally decided to give them a try.

Update 1/2/2024:

I have received one offer to the 2 products I "named a price for", but both prices where extremely disappointing as they were higher than any Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 sales I noticed. Also, I noticed that a lower price was available by another reputable website during/after my bid, but I was never offered that price. When I pointed out about that lower price (thru GreenToe's email Customer Service) I was told that the offer had expired though it was actually active during my initial bid. 2 different Reps have emailed me to "follow-up" on my "offers", but I feel the "follow-ups" have been a bit generic and not very genuinely caring & personal to want to earn my business.

For this reason, I will lower the rating to 2-Stars and possibly to 1-Star if I end up not getting an offer within an acceptable range to my "Named Price".

Likewise, I will consider raising my rating if my experience is made much better than it has so far."
