Most prices were around $1600 and the best deal not from Greentoe was from Costco ($1.599 with a free 3-year warranty extension to a 5-year total warranty). Greentoe advertised $1,399 I was dubious, but I was able to place an order at that price. If I searched for the price on Greentoe, instead of clicking on a Google ad, it didn't offer a specific price and I don't know if bidding $1,399 would have resulted in a sale at that price. The little estimate gauge of how likely the offer was to be accepted was at the mid-point. It's certainly possible that Greentoe makes up a difference to get the advertised price accepted, so I recommend searching on Google and coming to Greentoe through an ad if there's a good price advertised. Greentoe does seem to honor its advertised prices."

"I ordered two tables. One shipped and is on its way to my house. The other is cancelled. Dealer says they can't get another one for a year. I don't understand why both orders were accepted if the dealer only has one. I don't see where I can give this feedback to Greentoe for future considerations. I will seek out where to rate the reseller as well. I'm just so frustrated to have an experience like this.

I've reordered the second table and am waiting to see if it gets accepted by the same reseller. If all goes well and a different reseller picks up the order, then my experience with Greentoe is pretty okay but I'd really like Greentoe to understand what one of the places they do business with is doing.

Update: I reached out to a different reseller who was able to get me the second table in less than a week (after calling both Greentoe and Appliances Connection multiple times to try and work things out). I don't know if Greentoe and Appliances Connection just didn't want my business, soured their relationship with the manufacturer, made promises they couldn't keep, or some combination therein. Point being, I had to do the leg work to get this sorted out. It wasn't Greentoe on the phone for me, it wasn't Appliances Connection on the phone for me. They said they had a product and then couldn't deliver it. I did the work, I found the table. Wasn't that hard to pick up a phone and figure things out but it was a good way to lose a customer, being lazy and unhelpful. Never again."
