"I ordered 18 cards for 18 different friends and personalized each card with a message. I thought I was following the instructions for each card, but when they arrived all 18 cards were personalized for the same person!! The cards were beautiful and I loved the design but I needed 18 different messages for 18 different people. So, I emailed Greeting CardUniverse explaining my concerns. I was emailed back right away with a solution to my problem. I was credited 17 cards with no charge. Before going through the process again, I called Greeting CardUniverse . They answered the phone right away and to my surprise I was speaking with the young lady who had emailed me back. Since she already knew my problem I didn't have to explain it again. She instructed me step by step . When I was finished with all 17 cards I was able to see that each card was made out to 17 different people. I was also able to see that the only charge was a small $2.00 handling fee. Shipping was free. I had already paid for the first pack which was applied to the new pack. I received the new order within 5 days. I love my cards! They are beautiful. I can hardly wait to give them to my friends at an event we are having in March, 2025.
