"I've been missing the availability of blank cards with nice fronts on them for a while. Most drugstore displays are all event-oriented (birthday, sympathy, thank you, etc.) and I want a space to write a personal note to someone.

I don't even remember how I found GCU. Once I found how to filter on blank cards, I had plenty to choose from. A site-based coupon code allowed a 40% reduction from "list" price, so I got 50 cards for $1.67 each-- a bargain. Normal cards in a shop are anywhere from $3 to $6.

While they don't have cute photos on any of their fronts (like babies with dogs or french baguettes), they do have a large selection of art to choose from. Cards are apparently printed on demand; they come on heavy stock in normal 5x7 format. Almost exactly what I wanted. You can also upload your own photos to have put on the front, but I didn't use that option.

I'm happy with my choice, but it will take me a while to get through my 50 blank cards. I go through about 4 a month so... see you in a year?"
