“I'm very sorry to hear this! We are very dependent on USPS after an order is shipped. However, if a card is not received within our promised time we are normally more than happy to either reorder your card or issue a refund for the card that was not received. I have issued a refund for the two cards that were not received. Please let me know if I may be of any other assistance to you.
