"I ordered my cards on 3/20/18 and didn't receive them until 4/7/18 (2 1/2 weeks). This caused me to miss giving the customized card at a 3 year old girls birthday party. I did send them email inquiring about this order and whether they can resend it (since it could be lost), but they never answered back."

“I am very sorry to hear the delivery of your order took so long and that you thought we had not responded to your email. I double checked and see that you emailed us on Saturday the 31st and that I responded your that following Monday the 2nd with the following:
Hello Hyla,
I am very sorry to hear you have yet to receive your order and appreciate your bringing this to our attention. I am happy to reorder the cards at no additional charge and have them mailed with UPS overnight. Unfortunately with the printing and then mailing, the soonest that delivery could be would be Wednesday. Please let me know if this does not work at all and if you may prefer a refund or a credit. I am happy to do whatever I can to make this right by you.
