"The card that I ordered did not arrive in time for my wife's birthday/Valentine's Day despite ordering it in plenty of time. The card was ordered on 2/6 and shipped First Class on 2/7. I did not receive until 2/16. This is this second time using the service in which my order failed to reach me in time. I was not given a reason for the delay either time. I'm very disappointed. "
