“I am very sorry to hear you did not receive your card. I show it was marked as delivered on the 11th. Did you try contacting our customer service? We understand that cards are miss delivered occasionally and we would have been happy to reorder your card for you.
We understand that the card was time sensitive and per your request, we have issued a full refund. In addition to this we have applied two free card credits to your account in the hopes that you will try our service again.
