Doctor's Day

"I had our doctors listed after the practice name at the bottom of the card. Only criticism I had was one of the doctor's first name was on one line and his last name on the next line. The cards looked great and I appreciated the thankful message on the inside that we are sending out to our referral sources. Thanks!!"

trying to get message through

"I purchased 5 St. Joseph cardss . They was sent with a Happy Birthday greeting which was not in the demo one but showed up in the order one. Reported to company and the wrong one was sent again!! Two sets have been returned to the company at my expense . Hope they adjust my account and include $3. 93 return postage.I also spoke with an answering service on Sunday who assured me they would forward message on Monday."

“I sincerely apologize for all of the confusion. I have tried calling you back multiple times and unfortunately have been unable to get through to you. I have also responded to your emails as well. We do have two very similar cards available online. In your original email to us you noted receiving the incorrect cards. Based off your details in the email everything looked correct so I reordered the cards at no additional charge. It was your most recent email that pointed out the small difference in the two cards. Your order details will show that the incorrect card was purchased. You were not charged for the second reorder. And I recently mailed out the cards you had intended to purchase free of charge. You should receive these any day now. Please feel free to call our customer support directly if you have any questions or concerns. 925-866-4118

Damaged card

"The card arrived damaged from mail delivery. The bubble pak had been bent in half
Not the best way to send cards in my view.

“I'm very sorry to hear your order arrived damaged, as it is pretty rare for this to happen. Unfortunately we do understand that the rare occasions do happen and we are more than happy to replace your order at no additional charge. Did you contact our customer support? If the card was time sensitive and you prefer a refund for the damaged card, we are happy to honor this. I will follow up with an email to see how we may be able to make this matter right by you.”
