"I ordered my customized greeting card and received an email that said it would be mailed the next day directly to the recipient as I requested. That was on January 23rd. I had been charged for the card, a handling fee, and postage. The recipient had not received the card by February 2nd so I called Greeting Card Universe to report this. The representative told me that happens sometimes and did I want her to send a duplicate card directly to my address so that I could mail it to the recipient myself. Unfortunately, they could not send it with postage so I would have to pay postage a second time. I told her to just send it to me. I got the card within two days, but lo and behold, the original recipient got the originally ordered one on the same day as I got the duplicate which I now don't need to send. Coincidence?"

“I'm very sorry for your order not arriving within our promised time. Because of this, we were more than happy to issue a full refund or a reorder at no additional charge. Making sure your cards are received and within a timely manner is most important to us. This is why all of our cards are printed and mailed out the following business day.
Unfortunately we are very dependent on USPS therefor after and as mentioned we are unable to track orders that are mailed with a postage stamp. On rare occasions it is possible that cards are delivered to a neighbor by mistake and then take some time for the neighbor or USPS to redeliver the card.
Because your order was not received within our promised times we reordered your card at no additional charge and expedited the shipping. We do apologize for your experience taking much longer than it should have and hope you were pleased with the quality of your card.
