You don't want to say "Merry Christmas" to someone who is grieving but you want them to know you are thinking of them. I ended up ordering several different styles to keep on hand knowing that unfortunately each year someone loses a loved one. "I am very pleased with the quality of the product & also the care expressed by the Customer Service representative when I called about the delivery. This was for an adoption anniversary for my adult son. This type of card is not available via retail stores, so I was thrilled that this product was available. He was touched by the personalization on the card. The expected delivery was stated as 2-4 business days, but it took 5 days. This might have been a US Postal Service issue, but felt it needed to be noted. I was not aware of this vendor until shortly before I needed the card so didn't have a lot of lead time. "
