"You wouldn’t accept 4x6 size pictures to be inserted into cards. Message always says that the picture is too small. Too small? That’s the size used in cards at other companies that compete with you.
I have even tried “wallet sized” pictures but still get the same message. You only seem to accept photos taken directly from a camera, which disallows pictures scanned onto the computer. Your competitors accept pictures from both sources, which sometimes necessitates me to go elsewhere."

In the future if you are unable to resize the image using some sort of photo program, you can email it to us and we are happy to resize it for you. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I may be of further assistance.
