"I ordered the card on the 11th of July. The web page noted it would take up to 9 days, I was later told (via email) it could take up to 20 days. An email advised it was posted on the 13th of July. My friends sons 2nd birthday was on the 25th of July (no card in sight). Tis now the 27th of July and still no card. I will not be ordering from here again as clearly the postal system does not work in our favour. The card cost over $7.00 Aus. I will be seeking a refund. "

Your order was mailed to Australia, so with it being international and having to go through customs, it does take a bit longer.
We do state the following in regards to shipping times:
Standard Shipping to United States East Coast: 4 to 9 business days from ship date
International Non European country deliveries: 7 to 20 business days from ship date
