"I ordered three cards from them this morning. Although I normally have the cards mailed to me, this time I decided to explore the experience of having them printed at a nearby Target store. I placed the order and waited for a response from Target letting me know they were ready to be picked up. I waited all day and no call or email from Target. I called the photo lab at Target and they claimed to have not received the order. I sent an email to Greeting Card Universe and they called me back. Very quick response so I was very positive this was going to be resolved. The gentleman claimed the order had been cancelled by Target. He told me that I could have the order sent to another Target to be printed. He did not recommend this since the printed cards are of lesser quality. He recommended having them mailed to me. I told him I didn't want to do that since the shipping costs were too high for this order. Did he offer free or discounted shipping because of the error???? NO. He told me to order five cards to get a discount. They screwed up my order and wanted me to order more to get a discount. I told him to cancel the order and this was the last time he would hear from me. Great cards, great prices, but lousy customer service."
