"Excellent quality cards, with an unbelievable variety of styles and types, delivered in a reasonable time-frame, and at less cost and faster than buying a card locally and posting it, especially if it is to be sent to a different country.
When ordering cards to be returned to me (rather than sent direct to someone else) they arrive in excellent packaging that really protects the card.
The ability to write your own message in the card is similar to other companies offering this service, but unlike others the sentiments pre-written in the cards are usually usable as they are, not slushily sentimental, inappropriate or just plain creepy!
Customer service is also excellent when things go wrong, which happens only rarely. Recently, and for the first time in using the service for over 4 years, there was a delay of two days between ordering some Easter Cards to be sent to friends in the UK and the cards actually being dispatched. We contacted GCU by email and got an almost instant apology, a promise that the cards would be sent immediately (which they were) and we were offered a credit of 3 free cards.
It is attention to the customer that makes this an excellent service on top of all of the other good things."
